Construction & Building
Waterproof, rot-proof and lightweight PVC foam board is used for wall cladding, ceilings, doors, SPC flooring and insulation details.
In construction, PVC foam board replaces wood-based panels wherever moisture is a problem. It does not swell, rot or grow mould, and it is light enough for ceilings and lightweight partitions.
Typical uses
- SPC / PVC flooring: a waterproof alternative to MDF-based parquet cores.
- Doors: CNC-shaped PVC doors for humid areas such as public toilets, cubicles and shopping centres.
- Insulation: boards applied before painting help keep heat in and cold out; they can be painted or coated afterwards.
- Wall cladding and ceilings: light, washable panels for interiors and wet areas.
