Are you a PVC foam board manufacturer or a trader?
We are a manufacturer. PVC Foam Board Turkey is the export website of Toyopan, which produces PVC foam board in its own plant in Türkiye. You buy directly from the factory.
Where is your factory located?
Toyopan’s production is located in the Kilis Organized Industrial Zone in south-east Türkiye, close to the Mediterranean ports of Mersin and İskenderun. The company started production in the Gaziantep 3rd Organized Industrial Zone.
Is forex, sintra, celuka or dekota the same as PVC foam board?
Yes. Forex and Sintra are brand names that became generic, celuka is a production method, and dekota is the name used in Türkiye. All describe PVC foam board; compare density, thickness and surface instead of the name.
Which thicknesses, densities and sizes can you produce?
Thickness, density, colour and sheet size depend on the product grade. Common market formats such as 1220 × 2440 mm are available; please share your requirements and we will confirm the options in your quotation.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order depends on thickness, colour and size. Send us your product list and quantities and our export team will advise the most economical order and loading plan.
Can I get samples?
Yes, you can request samples through our quotation form or WhatsApp. Please state the thickness and grade you are interested in.
Which certificates and documents do you have?
Toyopan works with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22716 certified management systems and provides a safety data sheet (MSDS), CE and REACH declarations of conformity and an EN 13501-1 test report. All are in the Download Center.
Can PVC foam board be used outdoors?
Yes. PVC foam board is waterproof and weather resistant and is widely used for outdoor signs. For long outdoor exposure, prints should be protected with lamination or a clear coat; tell us your application so we can recommend the right grade.
Can PVC foam board be laser cut?
Laser cutting PVC is not recommended because it releases corrosive and harmful gases. Use knives, saws or CNC routers instead.
