The most common PVC foam board sheet sizes (1220 × 2440 mm / 4 × 8 ft, 1560 × 3050 mm, 2050 × 3050 mm) and when custom sizes make sense.
Standard sheet sizes make it easy to plan cutting, minimise waste and optimise container loading. These are the formats most commonly used in the market for PVC foam board:
| Sheet size (mm) | Imperial | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 1220 × 2440 | 4 × 8 ft | The universal size for signage, furniture and construction |
| 1560 × 3050 | approx. 5 × 10 ft | Large-format printing, exhibition walls |
| 2050 × 3050 | approx. 6.7 × 10 ft | Large panels, fewer joints, flatbed printers |
Custom sizes
For large volumes, cutting sheets to your final size at the factory can reduce waste and freight. Lengths are produced by cutting the continuous extruded sheet, so custom lengths are usually easier than custom widths. Ask us which widths and lengths are possible for your thickness.
Planning a container order
- Group your order by thickness and size to simplify packing.
- Sheets are typically shipped on pallets, protected with film.
- Share your target container type (20 ft / 40 ft) — we will calculate the loading plan in the quotation.
